and secretariat services – Melbourne Conference Management can
especially tailor services to individual clients for Conferences anywhere
across Australia to deliver a viable conference – enthusiastically
and proactively - each and every time.

is especially well versed in events and Conferences held on the The
University of Melbourne campus and our team has unsurpassed knowledge
of the University and its surrounding areas.
Our team is also highly
experienced in the handling of Conferences in venues across Melbourne
and Australia.

The Team
The Melbourne Conference Management team has a wide range of collective
experiences, in Conference Management, Events, Hospitality and Public
Relations in the corporate, association, academic and artistic sectors.
In addition Conference Management has access to the in-house services
of the University including caterers, website developers, professional
graphic designers and marketers, a finance team, AV technicians and IT
Support Services.
Jodie North
Jodie hails from more than ten years of combined experience in public
relations, purchasing, administration and conference management. Her
scope of experiences has allowed her to successfully coordinate Conferences
of up to 2000 delegates within a variety of industries including health,
medicine, manufacturing, energy, agriculture and business. Confident
in all aspects of Conference Management, Jodie will use her creativity,
knowledge and determination to deliver a successful Conference for each
client.
Heather Wringe
Heather has more
than five years experience in event management, ranging from cultural,
corporate, community and arts projects. The breadth of her experience,
including sponsorship liaison, print management and public relations,
has allowed her to coordinate conferences repeatedly to a high level
of client satisfaction. Her exceptional planning and organisational skills
ensure all events run professionally and smoothly.
Tessa Fitzpatrick
Tessa has a solid background in hospitality and the running of functions,
the majority of which was experienced at The University of Melbourne.
Coupled with her recently obtained Commerce Degree from the University,
she is well acquainted with the Melbourne campus for both its educational
and functional purposes. Tessa’s highly efficient organisational
skills and friendly nature are ideally suited to her role within delegate
management, looking after all aspects of the registration process.

Conference Management is a member of the Melbourne Convention and Visitors
Bureau and the Meetings Industry Association of Australia.
