Each Conference
is allocated a dedicated Conference Manager to provide the Organising
Committee guidance towards the staging of a successful event.
- Be accountable to the Organising Committee for all contracted
activities
- Maintain regular contact with a designated committee
member for day-to-day decision making
- Assist with the development
of a conference critical path and monitoring of timelines
- Provide
secretariat for meetings held during business hours, confirm agendas
and take minutes
- Secretariat service including management
of Conference correspondence, phone calls and provision of a
Conference
