Each Conference is allocated a dedicated Conference Manager to provide the Organising Committee guidance towards the staging of a successful event.

  • Be accountable to the Organising Committee for all contracted activities
  • Maintain regular contact with a designated committee member for day-to-day decision making
  • Assist with the development of a conference critical path and monitoring of timelines
  • Provide secretariat for meetings held during business hours, confirm agendas and take minutes
  • Secretariat service including management of Conference correspondence, phone calls and provision of a
    Conference specific email address
