Onsite Management
Our careful planning and specialised onsite staff will ensure the Conference
is delivered in a friendly, efficient and highly professional way.
- Registration desk equipped with specialised staff, registration
database on a laptop, printer, name badge making equipment, full stationery
box and individual registration packs for each delegate
- Liaise
with venue, catering, audio visual staff, and additional suppliers
to ensure all requirements are in place and running smoothly for the
duration of the Conference.
- Coordinate onsite signage requirements
including the provision of A3 directional signage
- Liaise with
committee, sponsors, exhibitors, delegates and suppliers where required
- Coordinate
session chair notes and a Conference message board for all Conference
messages
- Assist with the development and implementation
of evaluation onsite
