Program Development and Speaker Management

Another vital and time consuming activity. Our Conference team is highly proficient in the successful coordination of speakers, call for abstracts and the co-ordination of programs of all sizes.

  • Assist with the development of a program schedule
  • Management of invited speakers including full correspondence, collection of requirements (biography, photographs, abstracts, PowerPoint presentations) and arrangement of entitlements (registration, flights, accommodation)
  • Coordinate Call for Abstracts/Papers including set up of procedures, collection of data, review process and collation of results
  • Correspond with all abstract submitters on status of acceptance and on-going requirements
  • Management of program and speaker database noting changes of sessions, speakers and room allocations.
  • Placement of program and speaker materials onto Conference website.
  • Provide advice on audio visual requirements and appropriate support
  • Coordination of session chairs
  • Coordinate the writing, collation, design and printing of a Conference program, abstract booklet and CD-Rom where required
