• Assist with the development of sponsorship strategy/sponsorship prospectus
• Research and develop a key database of potential sponsors and exhibitors within the Conference target market
• Liaise with all trade display suppliers accordingly including negotiation of costs, set up times, provision of floor plans and manuals
• Distribute prospectus and contact database accordingly
• Manage sponsorship and exhibition bookings
• Coordinate sponsor requirements/entitlements
• Coordinate exhibitors and trade displays
